All the pictures of WRE were found from the wonderful Disney based website, Widen Your World. I recommend visiting it some time, they have history on almost all the attractions at Disney World.

Defunct Disney attractions,such as Adventure through Inner Space and the WDW version of Mr. Toad have been recreated virtually—imagine if someone with the proper resources,as well as the creativity to build upon Davis’ ideas,chose to use the same method to bring this attraction to life.
